Please view the terms below before contacting Shuucheri regarding business ventures and commissions. Thank you.

1. Shuucheri reserves the right to use all commissioned products for advertisement of services and goods on websites including but not limited to artstation, instagram, payhip, gumroad and discord.2. Shuucheri reserves the right to re-sell all commissioned products on their relevant commercial stores unless an Exclusive rights fee was paid.3. Shuucheri does not accept strict deadlines. Estimated time frames given are guidelines for production, and do not display accurate time for project completion. If a client has a strict deadline, see term 4.4. Strict deadlines may be introduced for additional fee's. If required, clients must request a "Rush Order" during initial consultation.5. Payments must be made strictly via Paypal invoices.6. Clients must provide a relevant business or personal email during initial consultation.
All invoices will be sent to this email.7. Clients may use their commissioned work for personal or commercial usage, including but not limited to streaming, merchandising and product development.8. Clients must clearly credit Shuucheri when using products commercially. This may be done via a page's description or products credit section.9. Clients may not claim products of Shuucheri as their own.10. Clients may not re-distribute products in their given state. Assets must be re-sold as part of a completed character or avatar with required credits listed as necessary.11. Clients may not re-distribute assets with other individuals for business and development purposes unless agreed upon by Shuucheri Previously. Unless this is discussed, every individual must purchase the required licences.12. Payments must be made upfront. Clients will not be added to waitlist until payment has been made.13. Unless a "Rush Order" (See term 4) has been requested, clients are subject to waiting list and projects will be completed in the order displayed.14. You Cannot remove Shuucheri's watermarking under any circumstances.15. If a client cancels their order before its completion, Shuucheri will deliver the product in its current state to the client minus any products whos licenses require terms of sale/reproduction to be done strictly as part of a completed product. No refunds will be permitted.16. Shuucheri reserves the right to terminate a clients order at any time. Termination may occur for circumstances including but not limited to:
- Client displaying antisocial behaviour
- Client displaying rude, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour
- Client breaking TOS for any other Shuucheri products
- Client requesting unethical designs
Refunds will not be given as a result of termination.17. Shuucheri reserves the right to reject services which may include but is not limited to:
- Childlike behaviours in NSFW designs
- NSFW behaviours in child-like designs
- NSFW addons such as "DPS" for VRChat
- Any and all requests percieved as hateful, offensive or controversial.18. All Clients are required to be a minimum age of 18. Suspicion of being underage, may result in termination (See term 16)19. Clients have no right to make a chargeback, cancel the payment or demand a refund from Shuucheri under any circumstance after payment is received.20. If you file a chargeback against Shuucheri, your right to all products ordered from Shuucheri will be retracted, and Shuucheri reserves the right to sell the products to new buyers.21. Shuucheri will provide all finished project files via Google Drive. Once sent, clients have 7 days to download the files and appropriately store them before they are deleted from Shuucheri's archives.22. Shuucheri's current Business hours are listed on Shuucheri's discord biography as well as their Cardd.co front page. Any and all requests for communications will not occur outside of these hours.23. All clients will be expected to sign a contract with their full legal name. Contracts will be provided to review prior to any payments being fullfilled, and no services will be initiated unless this contract is completed in its entirety.24. If a client signs a contract with a false legal name, all services will terminate immediately. The client loses all rights to use the product for personal or commercial purposes. No refunds will be provided. The client will be blacklisted from any future services and the product will be resold by Shuucheri.25. By Paying for a service, you are agreeing to have read and fully understand the terms listed above. You as a client, will be held to these terms, as listed in the contract provided and acknowledge to abide by these terms in their entirety.
